Strategic Planning
Planning is conducted by our Regional Management group. There are several types of programs available:
Basic Planning (Free for League Members)
Facilitated process for directors and management, designed to identify issues, determine solutions, and set goals and action steps for a 12-month period.
Strategic Planning (Fee Based)
Facilitated process for directors and senior management, designed to identify issues and determine long term direction for periods over 12 months.
Future Search (Fee Based)
Facilitated process for stakeholders associated with the future direction of the credit union. Stakeholders are the key individuals who have a major role in the future success of the credit union.
